• These are the announcements for the week of August 15th, 2022:

We are studying Habit 1 this month: Be Proactive. Our students will talk about making responsible choices. Ask your child, “What are two choices you make that show responsibility?”

Thank you for helping us to make the car-rider drop-off and pick-up process very smooth. Following our procedures greatly helps with this process. As a reminder, drop-off begins at 7:20 a.m. In the afternoon, students need to be picked up by 3:20 p.m.

The HPEM Daycare still has slots available for parents in need of this service.

Our student absentee rate was 7% this past week.

Remember to turn in documentation when your child is absent so that it can be entered into Powerschool attendance records. Please put your child’s first and last name on the excuse.

Save the date! Fall picture day is August 24th.

If your student has lost any glasses, please send them to the office to check with Mrs. McIntyre.

Please take a few minutes and read this article: https://www.educationnext.org/take-away-their-cellphones-rewire-schools-belonging-achievement/?fbclid=IwAR32SG9sfHtblpIDwt_xIcW14hdiOYhQXOGUbMRl0mX2xdXE6P5Pz9_AReY
