Per Proviso 1.88 (SDE: Surplus Property), school districts are required to transfer, sell, or lease any surplus real property or property that has been vacant, unused, or not utilized for direct student instruction during the previous four school years and is not included in any district capital improvement plan for future use by July 1, 2024.

Florence County School District 2 does not have any surplus property that qualifies under this provision to publish.
