• HPEM Family,

By now you know that South Carolina schools have been closed through the month of April in response to the continued danger of COVID-19.  In response to the extended closure, HPEM will be working to expand our eLearning/distance education program to cover additional instructional days through April 30, 2020.

Students/teachers will not be responsible for the days of our spring break (April 10, 13 -17), and this will result in an additional sixteen days added to the eLearning program for the month of April.

Instructional materials will be delivered as follows:

    • 3rd grade traditional - 8th grade will continue to receive materials/activities through the Google Classroom by 9:00 a.m. daily.
    • 4K - 3rd grade Montessori will receive an additional packet to cover the sixteen instructional days in April.

The second packet can be picked up on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at the HPEM bus loading entrance between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  The same process will be used as was for the original packet pickup with the materials being delivered to you in a car line. At that time the first packet covering March 16 - 31 can be turned in for credit.

These packets can be downloaded at https://www.fsd2.org/site/Default.aspx?PageID=180

We look forward to helping our students continue to navigate this eLearning program.  Please call or email if you have any questions.
