During their regular board meeting on February 27, 2024, the Board of Trustees for Florence County School District 2 approved recommended modifications to the 2024-2025 School Calendar. These changes were made after thorough consideration and feedback from community stakeholders.
The 2024-2025 school year will begin on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, and the last day for students will be Thursday, May 29, 2025.
Intersession breaks are scheduled for the week of October 7-11, 2024, and the week of February 17-21, 2025. Additionally, Spring Break has been rescheduled to start on Friday, April 18, 2025, and end on Friday, April 25, 2025.
